Welcome to Wergeland Lodge!
Wergeland Lodge 2-021 is the Sons of Norway Lodge in Bellingham WA.
We are dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Norwegian heritage and culture.
The Sons of Norway is an international organization where members come together in celebration of Norwegian heritage, culture
and our relationship with the other Nordic Countries.

Our meetings are now at
St. John’s Lutheran Church
2530 Cornwall Ave, Bellingham, WA 98225.
Entry for meetings will be from the alley.
For the potlucks, entry into the building will be from the North St. side, down the ramp into the lower level.


4: Lodge Business meeting, 6:00 pm.
12: Potluck/Program - potluck: 6:00 pm, program: 7:00 pm, author Gloria Koll, who wrote "Skipping Stones", a novel about Scandinavian immigrants to the Dakota Territory in the 1880s.
      The presentation to include, hopefully, some short musical numbers appropriate to Norway or to 1800s America interspersed with the readings.  Books will be available for purchase.
20: VASA Swedish pancake breakfast, Mt. Vernon, 8 am - noon.
27: Ski to Sea parade, come ride in the Viking ship. 


1: Lodge Business meeting, 6:00 pm.
9: Potluck/ Program,  6:00 pm.
11: VASA Midsommer, 2:00 pm, Mt. Vernon,  potluck, wear costume if you wish.
17/18: Scandi Midsummer, Burnaby, BC.
25: Skandia Midsommar, Saint Edward State Park, Kenmore, WA. 11 am to 6 pm. Free admission.  www.skandia-folkdance.org.


9: Borderfest, Blaine, Pearce Arch Park, Blaine, WA.  Horseshoes at 10 am, Lunch at 12 noon.  Coffee provided. Parking fee or Discover Pass required.  Info: Elaine - 360-734-7753.
